Green Smoothie


Serves 2:


  • 1/3 of a cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of romaine lettuce
  • 1 kiwi
  • The juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds

What to do:

  • Grate the skin off the apple, dice it and remove the core. Chop the banana and cucumber then place them into a blender along with the apple, kiwi, lemon juice,spinach, lettuce, water and flax seeds.
  • Blend all the ingredients until the mix is completely smooth.
  • Leave the smoothie to chill in the fridge or serve straight away.
