Apple & Kiwi Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup mango
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

What to do:

  • Chop the apple and remove the core.
  • Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with a slice of lime!
